The majority of our jewelry is waterproof and sweat-proof. All jewelry is clearly labelled. If you are unsure, reach out to confirm your jewelry is waterproof and sweat-proof.
Yes! We offer bulk and custom orders for our jewelry. We make our products in different sizes, colours, and designs just for you. We specialize in bridal parties, Christmas and holiday offerings, and any special occasion you can think of. We want you feeling spectacular for any event.
You can wipe down your waterproof and sweat-proof jewelry with water and a dry microfiber cloth. For non-waterproof jewelry, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, ideally in a jewelry box, to maintain their shine and quality.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unworn items in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we do not allow returns on used and open packaged jewelry. Double-check that you are happy with your order before final check out.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $99. For the USA, we provide free standard shipping on purchases over $199. Please note free shipping does not apply to our registered shipping packages.
For standard shipping within Canada, you can expect delivery within 5 business days. If you choose registered shipping in Canada, it takes between 1 to 4 business days. For shipments to the USA, standard shipping takes 8 to 12 business days. Registered shipping in the USA takes 8 to 10 days.
Tracking is not available for standard shipping. Tracking is available for registered shipping. We will email you the tracking number once your order is processed. You’ll be able to track your Chic & Charmed purchase.
